1. Can we have a little introduction of who you are and what you do? 
Marvin Makhoba aka Deep Marvin, born in Osizweni (Newcastle - KZN) A Deep House deejay who believes in letting the music do the talking for him.After developing the love of house music early 2000 and then he was just a house collector, and in 2010 through his friends encouragement after seeing his passion for house music, he then started learning how to mix using computer software (Virtual Dj) and he started playing at his friends parties. As time went by he realised that there was more to his talent and 2012 he decided to take it further by learning cdj. Apart from deejaying I write motivational books, motivational speaker and heads a youth centre called Make a Difference Youth Centre 

2. What’s your favorite Dish, Homemade or take out? 
 Homemade (Rice, Beef Stew & Veggies) 

3. What's your Favourite hangout spot? 
Don't have one specific but I am more a lounge guy 

4. What inspired you to start the Pleasures of Intimacy Podcast? 
To be honest it was never my plan to make a podcast but I made a mix for a friend and he shared it so people asked him for more and he asked if I can do more mixes and I did but then it was called Deep Soulful Lounge, and later I wanted to change the mix name to Pleasures of Intimacy and people responded well to it and that inspired me together with love and passion I have for Deep House

6. Who Inspires you and why?
Lars Behrenroth "The guy knows his stuff and never compromise but mostly importantly he runs a successful show which is not funded but driven by passion and the love of house music

1. Can you tell us a bit about yourselves? (What you do) etc!

I am a DJ and a producer of French origin, living to Montreux, in Switzerland. I am definitively an activist of the Techsoul and the tones made in Detroit. I produce especially of Deephouse, Deeptech and Dubtechno but under my other project  name " Desiree Paris ", I produce and mix Downtempo Music.

2. Who inspires you and why?

Derrick May, Carl Craig and Chez Damier.I think that I am the child of these three figures of the House music, a genetic assembly of each sound universes . I like the melodic and solemn highly-rated of Derrick May, the concept music with this touch magic of Carl Craig's  and the sexy Groove from Chez Damier.. Of more these 3 artists are big pioneers.

3. What are your biggest fears when it comes to your music careers?

My biggest fear would be to become deaf.

4. Can please tell us which Record Labels have made a big impact in your music career?

King Street ,Nite Groove and Transmat Records

5. How many releases do you have under your chain of releases out today?

I have more 200 tracks already released from Downtempo to Techno,and many unreleased bootlegs.

Turntables Technics 1200 Mk2,or CDJ 2000,djm 800

7. What's the biggest crowd you ever played for?

I already played for 6000 person

My Favorite Spot stays Ibiza.
